What a difference 3 weeks makes. On April 12, I posted on how dry it was and how low the lake levels were. On May 4th & 5th we received 5 inches of rain at Wentworth Park while the City of Madison got around 7 inches. Trees were downed, docks and lifts overturned, and even some flood damage was sustained to some Wentworth Park property owners. The lake level has went up 18 inches on my yard stick.

We had the annual meeting of the Lake Park Road District last week. I have inserted the minutes from that meeting on the Road Districts page. Please pay your road maintenance dues as soon as possible. They will need that money to pay for the sweeping of the road  to remove the excess rocks.
